These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TPSL, the pattern-query service operated by Vanilla Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TPSL.
TPSL turns plain-English questions into queries over historical BTC and ETH market data, cross-referenced with macro factors, and returns every matching row together with summary statistics. The service provides statistical pattern information only.
TPSL is not investment advice, not a brokerage and not a licensed financial adviser. Nothing on the service is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any asset. Read the Risk Disclosure before acting on any result.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your credentials confidential and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.
The preview displays a reference rate of 1 credit = $0.10, but accepts no payment. Browser-only demo credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Because this preview does not charge money, it has no cash-refund flow. Questions about future production billing can be sent through the Support Center. Checkout and refund terms must be published before real billing is enabled.
Challenges are prepared predictions sold in two variants with identical content: the Guaranteed Challenge (30 credits) and the Non-Guaranteed Challenge (15 credits). If a Guaranteed Challenge settles as not profitable, its full purchase price is automatically refunded to your credit balance. The Non-Guaranteed Challenge costs half and is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
The refund covers the credits you paid for the challenge itself — never any trading result you obtained by acting on it. Settlement times are shown on each challenge and in My challenges.
Data Market purchases (e.g. 3,000 credits per dataset) grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dataset for your own analysis. Redistribution, resale or publication of purchased data, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
Preview dataset unlocks are browser-local and do not include a live feed or downloadable production dataset. The planned daily update service is not connected yet.
The community board is for discussing queries, patterns and strategies. Keep it civil: no harassment, no spam, no impersonation, and no presenting speculation as guaranteed returns. We may hide or remove posts that break these rules and suspend repeat offenders.
You may not: scrape or bulk-export the service beyond your purchased datasets; reverse engineer or probe the query engine; exceed published rate limits with automated traffic; circumvent a suspension; share one account across multiple users; or use TPSL for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.
We may suspend preview accounts that breach these Terms. Suspended accounts cannot log in or change browser-local data. To ask about a suspension, contact [email protected].
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from your use of TPSL. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
